Building the website

The process begins by wireframing, designing and developing your website, with your brand identity in mind through both the design and the content; while also following well established UI/UX principles to provide your users with the experience they deserve through their entire buying journey.

Connecting the website to the shop

Once the website is built and you’re happy with the result, we get to work on connecting it with your shop. Whether it’s Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or any other – we’d connect these two to work and communicate seamlessly with one another, build out your online inventory, and launch your new digital storefront quickly and precisely.

Connecting the shop to the 3PLs

After everything is built out and ready to be unveiled to your customers, all that’s left is to ensure communication between your store and your 3PL of choice or, if your logistics are your own, connecting your shop to whichever platform you’re using to keep track of your supply & delivery chain logistics. With these three steps, we come full circle.

Maintenance and Iteration

After coming full circle with the entire cycle set up and polished, and all the elements working together, we continuously maintain your online store through functional and security updates to make sure it keeps working as smoothly as it should.

Our contracts are usually signed with a 1-year term, though our contractual clause allows our clients to cancel their contracts with a 30 day notice, without any penalties, and with no particular reason. We do our best to lock you in with the results we deliver, not with any fine prints or clauses in the agreement.

How much does it cost to outsource customer support to morph?

Our pricing is all inclusive and flat, on a per-agent basis, and depending on a number of factors, falls anywhere between $2,300 and $2,500 for a full-time agent.

How long does it take to start outsourcing with morph?

We require up to 3 weeks from the moment you decide to move forward until the moment our agents are ready for onboarding, which takes up to two more weeks, depending on your training and onboarding process. Being well positioned as an employer also means that we have a readily available talent pool, so the time it takes to start the onboarding process is usually shorter than the guarantee.
