A fast-growing community is a dream for every game developer, but if you don’t find time to support your end users, gather feedback and act on it, you’re in trouble.
Outsourcing is the new META.
Focus on creating the best game ever - and we’ll make sure it’s received as such, by supporting your gamers.
Carrying is a nightmare when you’re getting poked and ganked, but with proper support, it’s GG.
Gamers who support gamers
We’re hardcore gamers. All of us.
We know the pain of a downed server, a hack or a bug that has gone through three patches and is still there.
We’re furious at the fact that druids never get nerfed. We’re outraged by the flying trucks in Warzone. And we’ve told our friends about it. Not cause it’s the end of the world, but because nothing is being done about it.
Basically, we know your audience intimately.

Leverage the feedback
We’ve ditched quite a few titles due to multiple launch date postpones, little to no feedback from the studios, massive bugs, exploits etc.
Unrealistic expectations aside, one thing is certain: Gamers are very clear on what they like and what they don’t like, which simplifies the process of making adjustments to fit their needs.
As long as there’s a team ready to hear them out, and to pass the information along to your devs, that is.

Stay in the zone
Multitasking is great, if you want mediocre results.
If you want every detail to be perfect, you distribute roles based on competence.
You make sure everyone is focused on their speciality: the sniper snipes, the flanker flanks, a healer heals and a driver drives. Simple, yet effective.
If we follow this time-proven approach, you’ll stay focused on turning your vision into a [virtual] reality, while we focus on providing the proverbial air support.

Our road to a successful collaboration starts by getting to know you – your business, your goals, your values, your pain points, and the opportunities you’re looking to capitalize on. We ask strategic questions to fully understand your current challenges.

2. Proposal
Based on the insights collected during the discovery call, we consult with our HR and recruitment teams, analyze the current status of our talent pool, and create a proposal that consolidates our offer.
3
3. Alignment
Some clients prefer to have a call after they read through the proposal, just so that we can ensure we’re on the same page. This is where the scope of work gets precisely defined so we can address the staffing needs accordingly.
4
4. Contract
After we settle on the number of employees you’ll need, the type of team, their seniority, etc., it’s time to make it official. We sign all the paperwork that reflects everything we agreed upon in the previous phases.

5. Kick Off
Your dedicated team is ready to start! We take care of payroll, management, employee development, administration, taxes, the legal stuff, and everything in between.
This was the result for some of our clients...
47%

0

51%

31%
shorter ticket resolution time
98%

...which is why we know we can support your business.
Based on the scope of service and the level of expertise, we create flat, all inclusive monthly prices per agent.
Is there an hourly rate option?
We do not provide hourly pricing options. Since all our agents are fully dedicated, their full working hours (40hrs per week) are devoted to servicing a single client - you.
Is there a contractual commitment?
While we do put together a service agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of our working relationship, you are free to cancel the contract at any time, with a 30 day notice, as part of our quality guarantee.
How much can I save by outsourcing?
Depending on the company and the work dynamic, you can save anywhere between 30% and 80% of your overhead. Companies with shared agents tend to be on the cheaper side, while companies which provide dedicated agents, such as morph, are more about quality than maximizing overhead savings. Still, with us, you can expect to save anywhere from 30% to as much as 50%, depending on the role you’re looking to fill.
